| Comment | Do you provide meter readings regularly? Are you on a fixed tariff? If you don't provide readings regularly they'll just make something up, and if you're on a variable tariff you need to shop around. It's incredibly simple to do and the law has been changed to make it easier for the consumer, you have to do nothing except choose your tariff on a comparison site. |
