They've been parked up there for months because at one point during the first lockdown the business owners on union street couldn't take much more & went to the papers and shared what was going on with the increase in trouble in the area. If I remember correctly one of the shops had been broken into a good few times even though there was literally nothing left to steal. Definitely agree the scenes you see are now just tolerated and the police are there to show face without actually doing much. |
