| Comment | I know, I had a good look around at people debating whether the 2003 Land Reform Act trumped that and the just seemed to be that no, it’s still illegal but the cops don’t care and very few people are pulled up. I just wanted to gauge local opinion since I see quite a lot of it round my way.
I’m suspecting it’s because the pavements on my street are a bit wider and I’m somewhere between GWR and the canal so it’s folk sneaking up towards there I’m seeing. |
