And the reason that's an issue is because it's not a fair comparison. A fair comparison would be the average cost of say a studio or one bed flat, because what they're proposing is not a 2 or 3 bed flat, but a room with shared facilities.
You could say it's clever marketing, but it's actually downright misleading.
