They suggested that the landlord was on board with it but I think that might have been a crock too.
I asked them to get permission from the landlord for me to remove the wee wheatabix board that covers the old fireplace, they got back fairly quickly saying I had permission so long as it wemt back to looking EXACTLY as before.
