Comment	I haven’t said they have assumed responsibility? I was asking a genuine question for a recommendation of anywhere I can take to fix it. Somewhere trustworthy. Fair enough that I’ve had a bad experience but obviously I don’t trust them now and I’ve had a ton of hassle that I don’t have the strength to deal with. If I was at it, do you think I’d be looking at sorting it myself? The bulb thing has been like that since I bought the car off them. I told them straight away, pulled over and phoned them, I asked them if they wanted me to come back but their response has always been that they can’t do servicing after 5pm and “we’ll sort it at your next service.” So no, I haven’t just left it then claimed they’ve done something wrong. I even texted the sales guy as I bought the car off a friend who works there so yes, I know they’re not all bad guys, I’m not saying they are. I haven’t said they’ve assumed all responsibility for my car however the window was perfectly fine with no issues when I dropped it off and all I know is it’s “just fell down” after they’d done the mot, washed it etc and were driving it back round to the front. To me windows don’t just fall down but that’s all they’re telling me. Maybe it is a cable or whatever, if it’s a worn part that’s fair enough but they’re not saying that, not showing me anything and won’t tell me anything other than “just fell down”, that’s why I’ve posted here Cos I’ve no idea what’s going on, I don’t know what to do, they won’t tell me anything except demand money for a part that they haven’t even told me the name of! More than happy for people to see it from both side, if they want to think I’m at it or trying to pull a fast one or I’ve broke the window then put it in for the MOT to blame the garage then fine, let them can think that but that’s not what happened and says a hell of a lot more about them than me. Sorry that was your experience but I don’t see how you could fix a brake and be blamed for a timing belt. Clearly that’s people trying to pull a fast one on you but that’s not what I’m doing here or the point of this post.
