| Comment | Farme Cross is ludicrously cheap and only about 3 miles from George Square. I lived there for a few years and although there's not much there in terms of pubs, restaurants, cafes etc, your close to both Rutherglen and town for all your essential amenities.
The bit I stayed in was pretty quiet, it's not the prettiest place in the world but it was pretty much hassle free. The 1bed I was staying in sold for under 50k about 2 years ago. |
