Comment	I would not be buying a house when the arse is about to fall out of the economy. It will depress house prices. I am saying this as somebody who bought in 2008 and the sale completed about a week before the banking crisis. Apart from shitty economics. It is just a good all round idea to try before you buy by renting as several people have mentioned. What I particularly like about it is that you can zoom right in to street level.
