1. Need serious work,
1. Be in a bad areas, or
1. A combination of all the above.
That said, if you are will to be a bit away from.the hotspots you should be OK. If the fabric is fine, just put up with dirty carpets and crap wallpaper until you can renovate. I do!
But do rent first to get to know not just the city but specific areas too. |
