Comment | Ehh, you probably need a roofer. Slates, or flashings could have failed. We've not had to call one yet, so I can't recommend anyone; sorry.
You can check the slates yourself by going outside and taking a good look, trying to see broken/missing ones.
From the inside, check for daylight. If you can look up and see sky, rain can pish in.
If there is no sign of water ingress, then ventilation could be your issue. Fitting vents (or unblocking the ones that may be there) could help. In a previous place we had some daft berk had jammed the insulation right into the sofits, so we had no airflow. I unpacked all that and things improved markedly, although we still needed a couple of vents added. |
