| Comment | Well your ratio is better than ours. 1 blue for 8 flats in my building. Same for the whole street, place ends up hoaching with trash that gets left on the street, then bins are collected and street trash is left untouched and then the bin is instantly full again because there was 3/4 of a dumpster sitting on the street. Worst part of my area is that it is just constantly full of trash |
