| Comment | I've usually just set-up a standing order once a year and then forgotten about it. Even so, the odd screw up does happen.
Make sure you have a copy of that email and then try to get in touch with them. When there has been a genuine mistake (one year I managed to pay into the wrong account, oops!) they've been pretty good at sorting it.
If you can't get through, send an email (attach the original) and, maybe at the same time, contact your councillor. |
