Their practices are pretty insidious. I had a bill through for 3.92 and if I didn't pay it within 2 days it would increase to near 300 and I wouldn't be able to pay in monthly installments. Pretty vile practice especially as I live in a poorer area I can only imagine what this would do to a poor family.
