| Comment | You're right, my gran was widowed and homeless with 4 young children when she got offered a flat in Easterhouse and I think she was immensely grateful to have a place to live.
People forget that Labour did a lot of good when they were in power. They were not perfect by any means but at least they didn't lift people out of poverty by merely changing the definition of it like the tories, they did real things like rebuild schools and upgrade homes.
