I'd assume if you got cancer you'd take medical treatment for that? Or just let nature take it's course?
If you smoke, eat processed meats (sausages, bacon, burgers), drink alcohol - those things will all give you cancer, seriously read about it. Even air pollution.
There's a lot to be scared of in this world, but getting a wee jag that's been rigourlsly tested isn't one of them.
