Theres some private clinics you can book in with. My friend is flying out on 3 Jan and has booked into a clinic on 1 Dec, apparently there's huge waiting lists so best to book in early. Shes paying £150 for hers. Theres also online websites where you can get a postal test and certificate but I wouldnt risk it with the public holidays.
