| Comment | you're not being silly! that sounds like a fucking awful experience, no wonder you're keen to ensure it doesn't happen again. In situations like that, you realise that essentially you're on your own - you can't rely on anyone else to step in and help. Normal social order is overturned and it feels like anything could happen.
I do think though that it's unlikely they will remember you now - several months later. You'd recognise them though if you saw them, and be able to give them the widest of berths. |
