Those are the three criteria, we satisfy them all. When the UK joined it wasn't even the EU. Its a completely different instition now. We don't have to offer more than the UK to be a valuable member, you're being irrational. Obviously it's a process, but we already have an ongoing relationship with the EU and high approval levels of EU membership in Scotland. |
