Unless you are unemployed, sick or rich, there is basically bugger all in Glasgow for metal working. I had a forge for a while but given there is zero market for handmade knives except for Sgian Dubh's for tourists it didn't last.
You could ask at the Bullwood project if they have a corner you could rent.
