I don't think wee eejits leaving their rubbish at a bus stop is because they can't differentiate between man made items and nature, that's probably why groups of Neds don't accidently end up in the middle of the gardening section at b&q having a swally.
It's far more likely they've been brought up never being told it's inappropriate behaviour for a civilised person, or they're trying to show off in front of their peers (for some reason people that leave rubbish think it's a sign of weakness to be seen putting stuff in the bin, the other idiots would probably start slagging them off for it).
Could be they just don't care, or they know there will be no punishment, probably a few of those mixed in together. |
