I live in Cessnock which is a poor area with a very high level of immigrants but despite a issue with fly tipping the conditions are nowhere near as grim as in Govanhill so to try and see this is an immigration issue I feel isn't true but it does make me wonder what about Govanhill makes the problems with litter so much worse than Cessnock?
