Man your definition of a "shit hole" must be way different than mine. It is a transitional but still affordable neighborhood with many of telltale signs of gentrification and fairly good amenities. Sure has some problems but all things considered is pretty sound. If that is your definition of a shit hole you must be too terrified to step foot in like half the cities in the world.
