| Comment | Scotland doesn't have criminal trespass laws. The landowner needs to get a court order under civil law to enforce access. Only after that and only if someone was breaching the court order could the police do anything about "tresspassing". So, basically, the guy is talking shite. Let him phone the police so that you can get the satisfaction of seeing his face when he's told to give it a rest by them. |
