| Comment | In 2018 I did deliveries for Uber Eats and ended up in those flats a few times. Definitely avoid. The communal areas were falling apart and were eerily quiet. There were prostitutes standing outside the building, with a dodgy looking character sitting in a car watching them. I wouldn't rent there, and to be honest, I wouldn't live there for free either: never mind buying one of them.
