I worked in a shop just up the road from here and we had removable window grill panels. If we wanted to install an awning or roller shutters with an external mechanism, it would have been a load of paperwork and expense before even buying the shutters. Anyone from the building owners, letting agent, other tenants or the council could have objected to the installation. So, then years after I stopped working there, they still have those stupid grill panels that have to be removed and replaced every day. |
