I wouldn't buy there, for reference, I bought in toll cross, Ive lived in Shettleston and Cran hill, and still wouldn't go near them.
as people have said there's people trapped there in 100k of negative equity.
It 's a good location. but for me the reputation and what I've seen in there (circa 2018) I wouldn't touch. YMMV
