I had been isolating so as not to see anyone before seeing my elderly parents for Christmas, now that’s off the cards. Was emotional yesterday and very tempted to say fuck it and go get fucked up or get a shag. Managed not to and I’ve calmed down a bit now but fuck, there will be plenty people making bad decisions out of sheer frustration.
