| Comment | Yes in some situation it's unavoidable, there are certain streets where everyone parks on pavements down the back of shawlands for instance. I'm not going to be the only one to park on the road and block the road.
Therefore it's unavoidable, I'm parking at least partially on the pavement.
If I'm up the town dropping off tools or materials and it's double yellows outside the building I'm going to park there. As it would be near impossible for me to find a legit place and carry everything.
