Lots of good search filters and some will do more affordable sessions based on personal circumstances such as if you're a student or key worker.
FWIW - I'm not doing CBT but person-centred therapy, make sure you do your research and see if you'd benefit from what they specialise in and if you'd be a good fit with them. A lot will offer a taster type session to find this out. |
