Doesn't quite meet the criteria for "oldest pub" as it was shut for some time in the early 20th century when Cathcart was a dry area but there's been a tavern at roughly the site if the Old Smiddy on Old Castle Road since at least the 1500s iirc. Suspect there's a lot of areas in Glasgow who's local boasts a similar claim though.
