Comment | This, tenement flats are extremely hardy buildings by todays standards, whilst with age comes some ongoing repair costs, as a civil engineer I would personally trust a pre-1920 tenament over say, a 60s system built, or even one of the early 00s timber kits from say, Persimmons.
