Sorry to hear you have dealt with similar in the past but you were also a responsible home owner who got the problem rectified.
The original ceiling is a fucking mess which is why I think the previous owner of our flat had the fake one put in about 2-3 ft down instead of just getting it fixed. I'm quite happy to cut a huge hole in my fake ceiling and rip down the old at the wet area just to see where the issue is coming from and any other surprises if we don't get a result from the plumber that she has told me is coming today. |
