Factor is the might H&P! We called them last night and offices were shut so phoned the emergency number and that guy came out at 10pm
He had a good look and all he did was say it was not a common usage pipe causing the leak and therefore his job was done but he thought it was coming from her flat.
Will phone my insurance again and let them know what’s happening.
