| Comment | You can buy them, but they are pretty expensive: £25 to £30 for a solid one, and they don't work with all types of wheelie bin. So I borrowed a holesaw bit and just went out there. Only took 5 mins and will get two lengths of chain from B&Q later.
For context, my upstairs neighbours stuck a bag full of turkey bones in my recycling bin and assorted crap (fag packets and MD bottles) in my black bin, because they have filled theirs with Christmas shite AND left about 10 binbags full of Christmas packaging in the communal garden, which is now blowing all over the street. Additionally, a few flats seem to have not taken their (overflowing) bins out last night, meaning they have no space for the next fortnight.
