Sadly not their risk. Bad behaviour can affect everyone. Mixing causes transmission causes infection causes choking of the NHS. Selfish people have not helped. I too have been angered by neighbours. Wife thinks we should ignore. I have been on the verge of calling cops. I work in the NHS BTW and life is not fun at work.
