FWIW - care packages are a nice thought but you’re usually better getting a local Australian company who sells Scottish stuff to deliver. Saves the 10,000 miles of travel, it’ll be cheaper and they’ll get it sooner. Also, in Aus you get massive British sections in supermarkets so anything non-perishable is easy to access (Irn Bru, shortbread etc)

I sent my Scottish family in Sydney a selection of stuff from this place last Xmas. https://davidslarder.com.au/ - Square sausage, black pudding and tattie scones etc.

There’s also places that do Tennents etc but that can be pretty expensive.
