Parkruns are excellent because they are incredibly welcoming to all abilities. You won't be last because there is always a tail walker, bringing up the rear at a very slow pace, usually accompanied by a few folk walking the course due to age, injury, or holding a baby.
You can see times on the parkrun page, it looks like there's a fair few finishing Tollcross in 40-45 minutes which is pretty much walking pace. |
