Flats were mental, not only price wise but also demand. It was first come first served really and as soon as anywhere went on the market, there were a dozen viewers.
We actually changed our approach. We're now renting a 3 bedroom house in Clarkston for the same price as a 2 bed flat in battlefield/shawlands etc.
Double driveway, big gardens, no noisy upstairs neighbours. Just a far better setup and there was much less demand for living here so much easier to get something |
