| Comment | I'm not sure if it's that simple, but certain things definitely affect it, for example students moving in and out. obviously covid will affect it this year, but a lot of students will be moving out in the beginning of summer and moving in at the end - meaning an abundance in flats around late spring and limited flats when the semester starts (or maybe even from mid-summer onwards). exceptions do exist but I tend to keep this in mind :) |
