| Comment | My experience of West End renting was expect to pay no less than 450pcm per room - that's the stomachable student price for most. Also expect to get a not so nice student flat for that amount. Be prepared to pay around 550/600 min.
Better to share when you are a student. 2 bed seems the sweet spot, and more and it's HMO so you will likely have to pay 450 or so each anyway because landlords know that's the "price". FYI that's the price of halls in first year so most come out into second year expecting to pay the same. |
