| Comment | Shawlands market is crazy and over inflated due to lack of stock vs interest, has been this way for a while and is largely the same with the sales market too. Been a while since I rented but always found Dennistoun the best bang for your buck. If you are looking in Shawlands specifically I would look at the one bed market around Tantallon Road, that's going to be the best value. If you need 2 bed plus it's mental. |
