Not sure where you are based but when the restrictions are lifted I’d recommend Strathclyde Parkrun. It’s pretty flat and mostly on pavement, so you won’t get filthy, and the loch is lovely for a run.
You could also do a loop of the loch itself. I think it’s around 6KM.
