Glasgow is awesome, plenty of culture etc but it is English speaking, in a country with more than a passing resemblance to vast tracts of Canada and culturally quite close too.
Paris isn't and definitely will push your boundaries a bit more.
I am not going to argue about which is better, as I don't think this question is about that.
One thing to keep in mind though, as the pandemic rumbles on you may not get to see much of anywhere save for the inside of your own room. |
