Yes you'll meet exchange students 😄 did my master in Sweden, made plenty of friends from university from day 1😄 mind that if you end up on ESSEC's Cergy campus you're quite far from Paris (>1h by public transport) but if you are on La Défense campus then perfect. La Défense is the business heart of Paris and very well connected.
