| Comment | I think the initial problem was people were not self isolating the full 14 days or even at all, so they reduced it to help compliance. If you have symptoms on or after 10 days, then you should probably get another test and/or stay inside. If you don't have symptoms, then hopefully as youre minimising contacts with others, and you're keeping distance, covered up and washing up, the potential for transmission is low.
