| Comment | If its went to a closing date the estate agent must have a lot of notes of interest, in this situation it would need to be a very good bid to get it taken off the market, it is a ploy to up the bids. We were in this position before and offered a good offer but the seller took the one with no conditions as opposed to ours which was conditional based on a survey of work we felt needed done urgently. |
