Comment | RE: HMOs, those rules apply if there are 3 or more people living in a property, and couples count as a single person for these purposes. If you're all planning on living together you'll need a HMO property. Basically that just means some extra fire and safety standards. Some landlords are just too cheap for that so they don't rent to HMO groups, but Glasgow being a student town there are plenty of such properties and they're probably available rn given the state of the unis. |
