Lockdown rules like the essential travel one are rightly made as blanket guidance for people who are too stupid to apply their knowledge of the virus to their daily actions. I'm not sure if you're one of those people or not, but I can confirm that its impossible to transmit Covid if you're standing alone, (this will shock you) EVEN IF IT'S NOT ESSENTIAL FOR YOU TO BE OUT. |
