I'm in North Lanarkshire, and have bene fighting with the council here since October to get a grit bin in my street filled. They've now confirmed that since nobody is using the grit bin (it's empty, how can anyone use it?) it will be removed as part of budget cuts.
If you have a grit bin near you, get the council to fill it, and make use of it, keep them filling it or you may end up in the same situation I'm in. Councils never seem to make sense. |
