Comment	Have you looked at the first home fund? (Presuming you’re first time buyer) Think it re-opens in March. 25k towards your deposit from Scottish Government. If that bumps you up to 120-125 then yorkhill etc become accessible. Source - Used FHF to buy flat recently and flat i currently rent in yorkhill is worth 120k
